FIELD: various technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technological processes of supplying crumbs of solid industrial wastes of different types to storage, and can be used at plants that store a mixture of crumbs of solid industrial wastes of different types for the purpose of subsequent thermal destruction of the mixture. Outside the central storage, three separate peripheral storages are formed, the first for crumbs of sludge of urban waste water, the second for crumbs of wooden railway sleepers and poles of power lines impregnated with creosote, and the third for crumbs of wood wastes from furniture industry. Output of each individual peripheral storage is communicated with the cavity. Aggregate flow is formed from the flows with simultaneous mixing thereof directly in the cavity by crossing said flows with each other. Flow of crumbs of sludge from waste water is displaced along the centre of the cavity downwards towards the bottom. Other flows are placed opposite each other on both sides of the flow of crumbs of sludge of urban waste water. Crumbs of the following types of solid industrial wastes are used to form the aggregate flow at the following ratio, wt.%: crumbs of urban waste water sludge – 60, crumbs of wooden railway sleepers and poles of power transmission lines impregnated with creosote – 20, crumbs of wood waste from furniture industry – 20. Crumbs of urban waste water sludge are used with dimensions of 0.3–6 mm and moisture content of 18–20%. Crumbs of wooden railway sleepers and poles of power transmission lines impregnated with creosote are used with dimensions of 3-6 mm and moisture content of 12–14%. Crumbs of wood waste from the furniture industry are used with dimensions of 3–6 mm and moisture content of 10–12%.
EFFECT: providing supply of crumbs of solid industrial wastes of different types to the storage, their mixing and formation of a mixture in the storage itself.
