FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an extruder for increasing viscosity of treatment of fusible polymers. Extruder (100) comprises at least housing (10) with cavity (18) inside housing, in which screw (20) with at least one spiral threaded projection (31, ..., 35) of the extruder screw is installed with possibility of rotation. Screw (20) of the extruder is divided with respect to its outer diameter into initial area (21) of diameters, a middle area of diameters and an end area of diameters. At that, the middle area of diameters has a larger outer diameter than the other areas of diameters, between areas with different diameters a conical transition zone (22, 24) is formed, and at least one degassing zone (23) is formed in the middle area of diameters, which has a cut in the housing, from which at least one suction hole (15) comes out to the outer side of housing (10). Besides, screw (20) of the extruder in the middle area of diameters is made so that the flow channel formed between the core of the screw shaft and inner wall (19) of cavity (18) is made as an annular expansion nozzle. Outer diameter of said at least one threaded projection (32, 33, 34) of the extruder screw is constant, and the radial height of the flow channel increases, and said at least one suction hole (15) is located at end section (23.2) at the end of degassing zone (23).

EFFECT: providing the possibility of primary treatment of polymer mixtures, which enables to achieve high characteristic viscosity of at least 0–7 ml/g.
