FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to extruder worm for multicore extruder for plastic extrusion. Extruder worm includes loading and dosing zone for melting and homogenisation of plastic, degassing zone for removal of gaseous components and a compression and/or unloading zone, which includes at least one mono-branched section, a multi-screw section, having a plurality of planetary worms which, at least on part of their length, are openly located on the outer perimeter of the extruder worm, zone of drive, in which planetary worms enter toothed rim to engage with outer toothed rim on central shaft or with internal toothed rim in stator ring or on inner wall of hole of multi-screw extruder. Loading and batching zone extends into the multi-screw section, and the mono-helical section passes through the conical section into the multi-screw section, wherein the conical section) and the planetary worm casing adjoining it forms the first longitudinal section of the multi-screw section. At the beginning of the multi-screw section, a conical section is made, which has at least one planetary worm hole per each planetary worm, wherein planetary worm holes are continued by flow channels inside planetary worm casing and planetary worms are completely coated therein on partial length.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of extruder worm for formation of melt with high homogeneous properties.
