Method involves treatment of raw material with ultrasound, maintenance in a wet state, drying and grinding. Sea-buckthorn pulp is used as raw material. Ultrasound treatment is carried out for 8–10 minutes, holding for 18 hours.

EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the biological value of the additive, expansion of the range of herbal food additives.
