SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fire-fighting equipment, to manual and stationary devices for generation of air-mechanical foam of medium expansion rate or sprayed water. In a combined fire extinguishing installation, comprising a medium expansion foam generator, including a housing, a mesh cassette installed inside the housing, fire extinguishing agent supply means to the mesh cassette and means of connection to the fire extinguishing agent supply pressure pipeline, generator housing (1) is made cylindrical with an annular projection concave inside the housing on its side surface from the foam outlet side, hollow cylindrical element (3) is coaxially installed in housing (1) with a side annular gap between the outer surface of cylindrical element (3) and the inner surface of housing (1), one end of which is fixed inside the housing and on the other end of which there is a means for supplying a fire extinguishing substance to the cassette of meshes, which is made of coaxially installed one inside the other inner, intermediate and outer annular rims with cylindrical side surfaces and two meshes arranged with a gap relative to each other, one of which is fixed by edges in gap between side surfaces of outer and intermediate rims, and the other mesh is fixed by its edges in the gap between the side surfaces of the intermediate and inner rims and is installed in the generator housing on the side of the fire extinguishing substance supply to the mesh cassette with a stop against the annular projection concave inside the housing.

EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of extinguishing emergency transport, forest, industrial and other fires.
