SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a mesh cassette for a combined fire extinguishing of air-mechanical foam of medium expansion or sprayed water, comprising a housing, a mesh cassette installed in the housing, a shaft and means for supplying a foaming agent solution or water to the mesh cassette and into the shaft under pressure, and to a method of making such a mesh cassette, which is made with a through hole in the grids for placing the barrel in it and contains coaxially installed one inside the other annular inner rim, containing an annular cage with a through hole for placing a barrel in it, an intermediate rim and an outer rim and two grids located with a gap relative to each other, one of which, the first mesh, is fixed by the edges in the gap between the mating side surfaces of the inner and intermediate rims, and the other, second mesh is fixed by its edges in the gap between the mating side surfaces of the intermediate and outer rims, note here that said meshes have coaxial holes that are commensurate with cage through hole with mesh edges locked on said cage by means of circular washers and screws. Mesh cassette is made by laying meshes, laid between coaxially installed relative to each other inner, intermediate and outer rims and by means of axial movement of the rims one net is pulled on the bottom of the inner rim and the second net is pulled on the top of the intermediate rim and the edges of the second net are fixed in the gaps between the mating side surfaces of the rims.
EFFECT: invention discloses a cassette of grids for a combined fire extinguishing installation with an air-mechanical hybrid foam of medium expansion or sprayed water and a method of its production.
