FIELD: fire-fighting equipment.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a cassette of meshes of a foam generator of medium expansion and a method of its production. In the medium expansion foam generator, comprising a housing, a mesh cassette installed in the housing and a means of supplying a fire extinguishing substance to the mesh cassette under pressure, mesh cassette contains three coaxially installed one inside the other inner, intermediate and outer ring rims and two meshes located with a gap relative to each other, one of which is fixed by edges in gap between mating side surfaces outer and intermediate rims, and the other mesh is fixed by its edges in the gap between the mating side surfaces of the intermediate and inner rims. When making this cassette of meshes of foam generator of medium expansion, the first mesh is laid between coaxially installed relative to each other intermediate and inner rims and by axial movement of the inner rim relative to the intermediate rim, the inner rim is pushed inside the intermediate rim with pulling the first mesh on the bottom of the inner rim and fixing the edges of the first mesh in the gap between the mating side surfaces of the intermediate rim and the inner rim, then on top of combined with each other inner and intermediate rims with stretched on bottom of inner rim by the first mesh the second mesh is laid, outer rim is coaxially installed above them and by means of axial movement of the outer rim relative to the intermediate and inner rims combined with each other with the first mesh stretched on the bottom of the inner rim pushing the outer rim onto the interconnected intermediate and inner rims with pulling the second mesh onto the top of the intermediate rim and fixing the edges of the second mesh in the gap between the mating side surfaces of the outer and intermediate rims.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of extinguishing emergency transport, forest, industrial and other fires.
