SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and concerns a composition which can be used to remove biofilm and necrotic or injured tissues from skin lesions and oral lesions, and use of such a composition. Disclosed composition contains methanesulphonic acid in an amount of at least 70 wt.% and a proton acceptor. Proton acceptor is selected from a group consisting of anhydrous sodium carbonate, 5-amino-2-mercaptobenzimidazole, tetrasodium salt of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, sodium gluconate, sodium tartrate dihydrate, 2-mercapto-5-benzimidazole sodium sulphonate, dimethyl sulphoxide, polyethylene glycol 400, polyethylene glycol 600, silicon dioxide, tetraethoxysilane and mixtures thereof. Composition can be obtained in the form of a solution, gel, or cream. Also disclosed is the use of said composition for removing biofilm and necrotic or injured tissues from skin lesions and oral lesions, particularly in treating a pathology selected from a group consisting of chronic skin ulcer, periodontal diseases, peri-implantitis and aphthae.

EFFECT: use of the group of inventions enables to achieve the desired dehydrating effect against infectious types of microbes without damaging the surrounding healthy tissues.
