SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication engineering and can be used for digital signal processing (DSP). For this, the digital signal processing (DSP) module is configured to perform a pre-compensation of the dispersion in the optical fiber for a sequence of digital signals based on the variance value to obtain a pre-compensated signal, the amount of the dispersion being associated with a remote optical receiver, plurality of digital-to-analog converters (DACs) connected to the DSP module and configured to convert the pre-compensated signal into analog electrical signals, and an external interface connected to the DAC and configured to convert the analog electrical signals into a first optical signal by adding a constant optical electric (E)-field to a first optical signal to produce a second optical signal, and to transmit a second optical signal to a remote optical receiver.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of transmission capacity.
