FIELD: shaping.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing of complex channels in a part and can be used when polishing channels with a variable cross-section with a changing direction and profile, as well as channels with a small cross-section. The method includes anodic-abrasive processing of the channel in a flowing electrolyte with magnetic abrasive charged particles made on the basis of composite materials including ferromagnetic or magnetic materials modified with highly conductive graphene nanoparticles and/or graphene nanotubes exposed to an impact of an external magnetic field ensuring the occurrence of vibrational oscillations of magnetic abrasive electrically polarised charged particles or the processes workpiece. The unit comprises an apparatus for securing the processed workpiece, a system for supplying an electrolyte and magnetic abrasive particles into the processed channel, including a container with magnetic abrasive particles, a container with an electrolyte, and a magnetic separator, electrodes for applying a voltage of an electric field to the processed workpiece and the supplied electrolyte flow, ab external magnetic apparatus configured to ensure the occurrence of vibration oscillations of magnetic abrasive particles or the processed workpiece, and a control panel. The electrodes carrying a negative charge are made annular and insulated.
EFFECT: increase in the uniformity of the microprofile and reduction in the roughness of the difficult-to-process surfaces of complex channels are provided with a reduction in the electrical power and the value of the removed stock.
