FIELD: mechanical engineering and instrumentation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field for mechanical engineering and instrumentation and can be used in the processing of curved channels, channels of variable and small cross-section. The method for anodic magnetic-abrasive polishing of non-magnetic tubular products is carried out in a flowing electrolyte, which is a 2-5% aqueous solution of NaNO3 salt containing 4-5% of negatively charged particles of magnetic-abrasive powder, for example, FeB, modified with highly conductive graphene nanoparticles and/or graphene nanotubes. An electrical potential (+) is applied to the workpiece, and a potential (-) is applied to the electrolyte flow with magnetoabrasive particles with a DC voltage of 4-8 V and a rotating magnetic field with a magnetic induction of 0.1-1.2 T created using a pole piece, which is given a vertical vibration with a frequency of 20-50 Hz and an amplitude of 0.2-3 mm, due to which a bulk bipolar vibrating electrode is formed, which additionally creates current pulses that participate together with a stationary current in anodic dissolution
EFFECT: anodic magnetoabrasive polishing makes it possible, in comparison with magnetoabrasive polishing, to provide a uniform smooth surface relief, as well as to reduce energy costs by reducing the allowance to be removed within the range of 0.02-0.03 mm.
