FIELD: electroplating.
SUBSTANCE: method involves preliminary treatment of the surface of an article and anodic oxidation in an electrolyte containing sulfuric, oxalic, sulphosalicylic acids, note here that article surface is pretreated by clarification in solution containing: 87.0–90.0 wt % sulfuric acid, 5.5–6.0 wt % nitric acid, 3.7–4.0 wt % of hydrofluoric acid, at a solution temperature of 18–23 °C for 15–25 minutes, and anodic oxidation is carried out in an electrolyte which additionally contains boric acid with the following ratio of components: 5.0–5.5 wt % sulfuric acid, 3.0–3.3 wt % oxalic acid, 5.0–5.5 wt % sulphosalicylic acid 2-aqueous, 0.3–0.4 wt % of boric acid, water—the rest, at an electrolyte temperature of 18–23 °C, anode current density of 1.5–2.5 A/dm2 for 25–35 minutes.
EFFECT: providing the possibility of oxidation of articles from silicon-containing aluminum alloys obtained by selective laser fusion, with achievement of high protective and adhesion properties.
