FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to an elbow mechanism of a robotic prosthesis. Mechanism of elbow joint of shoulder prosthesis in the form of single-stage cycloidal reducer with motor, which is made with dimensions of not more than 80 × 80 × 40 mm, and consists of reduction gear shaft with detachable eccentric journals, of rolling bearings and cycloidal disks located on eccentric journals, lower and upper supports with holes for installation along the circumference of a row of pins, an external housing of a reducer with a tensile strength of at least 60 MPa, an outlet flange with holes for pins and a reducer cover, and is made with possibility of bending and unbending with angular speed of not less than 0.7 rad/s and torque of not less than 10 Nm.
EFFECT: robotic shoulder prosthesis, with a small-sized elbow joint mechanism, consisting of a cycloidal reducer and a motor.
