FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to artificial bioelectric hands. The hand contains a housing, a gear motor, artificial fingers I, II, III, IV, V, a mechanism for transferring force from the gear motor to artificial fingers I-V, an artificial wrist assembly, a power frame consisting of upper and lower subframes interconnected by front and rear gear motor holders, with artificial fingers I-V installed on it. Artificial fingers II-V are installed with the possibility of rotation on a fixed axis, which is fixed between the upper and lower stretchers. Artificial finger I is mounted directly on the upper subframe. Artificial fingers I-V are made in the form of double-shouldered angular levers, one end of which repeats the shape of the corresponding finger. The shape of the artificial finger is set by overlays made of elastic material of increased friction. The second end of the double-shouldered angle levers of artificial fingers I-V is connected to the movable axis. The second end of the double-shoulder angle lever of the artificial finger I is connected to the movable axis by means of a rod, and the movable axis by means of two rods is connected to a nut located on the lead screw attached to the output shaft of the gear motor. The gear motor is fixed in the front and rear gear motor holders inside the power frame by the output shaft in the direction of the artificial fingers. A hand rotation unit is attached to the power frame through the rear gear motor holder.
EFFECT: increase in the strength of the structure, its simplification and an increase in the tenacity of the grip is achieved.
