FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to robotic devices of the simulator for the rehabilitation of limbs. The device includes: a base with supports; a rack attached to the base; a guide fixed on the rack; a carriage moving along the guide; a drive moving the carriage and a node for placing the limb along the guide; sensors for determining the position of the device elements; a control unit for the operation of the drives connected to a computer with installed software; an emergency stop device and a power supply. A node is pivotally attached to the carriage to accommodate the limb. The rack is attached to the base with the ability to change the tilt and/or rotation relative to the base. The guide is fixed on the rack with the ability to change and fix the position of the attachment point of the guide to the rack, as well as change and fix the angle of inclination of the guide relative to the rack and/or the angle of rotation relative to the axis of the rack. The limb placement node is fixed to the carriage by a hinge with at least two angular degrees of freedom. The base of the bed of the extreme segment of the limb is attached to the base of the bed of the middle segment of the limb by a hinge with at least one degree of freedom. The software installed on the computer is capable of processing signals from the control unit and/or from the system for determining the position of the device elements.
EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of motor rehabilitation is achieved.
