FIELD: vehicle cleaning devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for cleaning vehicles, in particular, for cleaning of surface of top cord of walls of open-top wagons. Device for open-top wagons top cord contains portal consisting of posts (1) with fixed on them horizontal platform (2), trapezoidal frame (3), hingedly attached through additional frame (4) to horizontal platform with possibility of rotation in vertical plane. Side brushes (5, 6) are longitudinally fixed on lateral sides of frame (3), and end brush (7) is fixed on upper base. Rotation of frame (3) in vertical plane relative to frame (4) limited by shock absorber (8) providing damping of vibrations, absorption of shocks and impacts. Frame (4) is lifted and lowered by a drive containing reversible motor (9) fixed on platform (2) and connected by a kinematic link through mooring damper (14) to the cantilever beam of frame (4). On side beams of frame (4) wheels (15) are fixed from below with possibility of free rotation in two rows symmetrically to longitudinal axis of device with mutual displacement of rows in each pair of not less than ⅔ of their outer radius. Drive is controlled by push-button control station (16).

EFFECT: effective cleaning of top cord of side walls of open-top wagons having both different heights and widths of wagons.
