FIELD: voltage converters. SUBSTANCE: converter has h. f. constant voltage converter 19 connected to output of input rectifier 1 through resistor 4, reservoir capacitor 6 and two diodes 5 and 8. Control circuit 11 begins to generate pulses for controlling converter 9 when preset direction in reservoir capacitor 6 is achieved. After the circuit goes into operation mode the current-limiting circuit formed by resistor 7, diodes 5 and 8 and reservoir capacitor 6 is shunted by thyristor 3, and control circuit changes to energizing from output of converter 9. Control circuit 11 operates and turns on at alarm modes. Switch member 18 which closes circuit of milking of reservoir capacitor 6 begins to pass. In this situation power is fed to control circuit 11 without breaks. EFFECT: improved efficiency of operation. 1 dwg
