FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a microneedle system for intradermal delivery of interferon. Disclosed is a soluble matrix of microneedles for intradermal delivery of interferon, obtained from a completely soluble intradermal composition containing interferon as an active principle and the following adjuvants: interferon – 0.1–200 mcg per 1 MNA (one set of microneedles); polyvinylpyrrolidone – 45–95 wt.%; trehalose – 0.1–45 wt.%; polysorbate – 0.001–10 wt.%; glycerine – 0.1–10 wt.%. Also disclosed is a pharmaceutical product and a microneedle system for intradermal delivery of interferon.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides increased stability of interferon in time.
