FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a microneedle device containing a composition of polyvinylpyrrolidone and HBsAg, intended for intradermal application for vaccination against hepatitis, where the composition additionally contains trehalose, polysorbate and glycerine, and where content of polyvinylpyrrolidone ranges from 1 to 95% by weight, content of trehalose ranges from 0.1 to 50% by weight, content of polysorbate ranges from 0.01 to 10% by weight, content of glycerine ranges from 0.1 to 10% by weight, also relates to a medical product intended for intradermal administration for hepatitis vaccination, comprising a microneedle device containing a polyvinylpyrrolidone composition and HBsAg, and also relates to a method for intradermal administration for vaccination with HBsAg antigen, characterized by that administration is carried out with a microneedle device containing a composition of polyvinylpyrrolidone and HBsAg.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides a convenient introduction of the hepatitis vaccine without adjuvants, which enables to slightly enhance the vaccination effect due to the introduction of HBsAg through a microneedle device.
