FIELD: tea industry.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a tea beverage composition containing an aerial part of meadowsweet in amount of 95 wt.%, as well as a food additive E524 in amount of 5 wt.%. Also described is a method of its production and a method of its use, including additional treatment of the composition in a coarse mill of continuous action and further additional treatment in a continuous fine grinding mill to obtain a finely dispersed brewing powder, preparing an infusion from it and drinking together with the brew.
EFFECT: invention ensures creation of a simple two-component tea beverage composition with increased content of water-soluble extractive substances, with non-deteriorated organoleptic indices of the infusion.
