SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to prosthetics, traumatology and orthosis, can be used in rehabilitation of patients after amputation and prosthetics of lower extremities, in adaptive sports. Training complex and the method for teaching basic manoeuvrability on the prosthesis, available at the location of the patients, include a set of exercises and versions of the exercises. Technical equipment: training sites with length of 3–8 m and width of 1.5–4 m with trajectories of different configuration; walking range with total area of 700–1,000 m2. Equipment: stairs and slides; inventory. Technical means of rehabilitation: walkers, crutches and walking sticks; training video materials.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides improved adaptation of patients after amputation and prosthetics of lower extremities to solving everyday motor tasks, elimination of contracture of intact joints and muscular atrophy, restoration of disturbed physical qualities and abilities, improved posture, normalized spatio-temporal parameters of walking and psychoemotional state of patients, reduced length of rehabilitation.
