FIELD: hydraulic systems.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to hydraulic systems, in particular to oil tanks of circulating lubrication systems. Hydraulic oil tank includes a housing with a cover, in which separation stages are arranged horizontally, arranged in separator and attached to its discharge tubes for water and air extraction, valve configured to remove collected air, mesh cylinder in which there is a mesh-cone, to the upper part of the separator a receiving cone is attached, made with the possibility of directing the flow of used oil into the mesh cylinder and fixing the mesh cylinder inside the separator, tank housing is equipped with used oil supply holes, separator diameter is larger than separation stages diameter, wherein separation stages are curved in horizontal plane. Besides, the mesh cylinder is equipped from above with a cover with a hatch, a valve and a level sensor, and from below it is equipped with a branch pipe with a valve for draining the separated water. Besides, the housing is additionally equipped with a level gauge. Besides, drain pipe for collection of collected water is attached to the housing. Besides, pipes for installation of heating elements are attached to the housing. Besides, in the lower part of the housing above the hole for the drain pipe there is a hole for the intake pipe. Besides, supports are attached to the housing from below. Besides, detachable mesh cylinder has mesh size of not more than 100 mcm. Besides, the cone mesh is detachable and has mesh size of not more than 500 mcm.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of water removal and air separation when oil passes through the container.
