FIELD: medicine; pharmaceutics.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to pharmaceutics, namely to a liposomal composition for oral administration, a method for preparing and using it. Liposomal composition for oral administration contains a composition of powdered biologically active substances, a phospholipid component, a protective component, with the following ratio of components to the total weight of the composition, wt.%: composition of powdered biologically active substances 80–95; phospholipid component 2–15; protective component 3–10, wherein the thickness of the particles of the composition of the powdered biologically active substances with the phospholipid component is 5–20% of the linear dimensions of the particles of the composition of the powdered biologically active substances, and the relative humidity of the liposomal composition is not more than 10%. Method of producing said liposomal composition, which is applied on fluidized particles of powder component by spraying 2–15% aqueous emulsion of phospholipid component; then on dried fluidized particles 20–40% solution of protective component is applied by spraying. Use of the liposomal composition for encapsulating and/or tableting the liposomal composition and/or making a powder from the liposomal composition for preparing a suspension from said composition.

EFFECT: higher bioavailability and stability of physical, chemical and biological properties of biologically active substances.
