SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical-pharmaceutical industry, and deals with methods of obtaining highly dispersive preparations for prevention and treatment of human and animal diseases. Claimed is method of obtaining dry liposomal preparations, which includes mixing of phospholipids, powder-like carrier and biologically active substance and further processing of obtained mixture, characterised by the fact that into charging bunker of jet mill composition, which consists of biologically active substance, phospholipid from group, including vitol and lecitin PRO, and water-soluble powder-like carrier is loaded and subjected to grinding in jet mill at pressure not lower than 2.5 atm and gas consumption not less than 100 l/min with further separation of fraction with particles size smaller than 50 mcm. As version, it is suggested that mixture of phospholipids and powder-like carrier is subjected to grinding, after which solution of biologically active substance in polar solvent is added, and suspension is subjected to freeze-drying, being processed in case of necessity before drying by ultrasound at frequency 40 kHz.

EFFECT: claimed method is simple in application, safer and more environment-friendly.
