FIELD: radio engineering and communication.
SUBSTANCE: counteracting unmanned aerial vehicles controlled by radio channel is carried out using an electronic warfare system and includes localization of a possible control panel for unmanned aerial vehicles. Target zone is the zone of location of control points of unmanned aerial vehicles. Jamming is performed using an electronic warfare system mounted on an aircraft lighter than air at altitude of 1,000 m above sea level. Noise emission is performed by means of directional antennae to the ground zone of location of control points of unmanned aerial vehicles.
EFFECT: higher security of protected objects and/or protected areas from UAVs controlled via radio channel.
