FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention represents a method of populating cranberry plant roots in vitro with micromycete Oidiodendron maius, involving preparation of Anderson nutrient medium, or its modification, without or with plant growth regulators when heated, further, this medium is poured into culture vessels, closed and autoclaved, cranberry microplants are cultivated on the obtained medium until a root system is formed, pieces of a solid nutrient medium with mycelium of micromycete Oidiodendron maius are sterilized, after that, cranberry microplants are co-cultivated with micromycete Oidiodendron maius in vitro for 5 weeks. Cranberries and Oidiodendron maius are co-cultivated at 16-hour photoperiod and temperature of 15–30 °C. Produced cranberry plants after co-cultivation with Oidiodendron maius are planted in sterile or non-sterile soil for adaptation to ex vitro conditions.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to populate cranberry roots with micromycete Oidiodendron maius at early stages of plant roots development propagated by clonal micropropagation method and to increase morphometric parameters of plants, that are indicators of their development acceleration.
