SUBSTANCE: invention represents a method for clonal reproduction of Arctic raspberry (Rubus arcticus L.). Microplants are obtained from segments of shoots containing one or two axillary buds, which after surface sterilization are cultivated on a Murashige and Skoog nutrient medium, which additionally includes at the stage of propagation BAP and TDZ in concentrations of 1.0 mg/l and the preparation Aminoven in concentration of 1 ml/l, and at the rooting stage – ½ of mineral salts by MS and 0.55 mg/l of IAA. Micro-clones are adapted to ex vitro conditions using an aeroponic system GrowPlant X-Stream 120 (Netherlands) with a system for irrigating the root system with a nutrient solution, which includes 1/3 of the norm of mineral salts of MS with the addition of IMA in concentration of 1 mg/l and use of LED lamps of red spectrum (Δλ_0.5=646÷674 nm, λ_max=660 nm) and blue spectrum (Δλ_0.5=452÷477 nm, λ_max=465 nm) and 16-hour photoperiod.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain high-quality planting material of Arctic raspberry with a well-developed root system and an elevated part.
