FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of planting material of garden strawberry using method of plants micropropagation. In the method, after transplantation of garden strawberry microplants from sterile conditions in non-sterile ex vitro conditions, watering with aqueous solutions of biopreparations in concentration of 5 ml/l Agrinos 1 and 7 days after planting—Agrinos 2. On 21st day after planting, microplants are sprayed with a solution of phytohormone Energy Extra in concentration of 0.6 g/l, with subsequent three-time spraying of plants with concentration of 0.6 g/l with interval of 10–14 days until the appearance of developed leaves.
EFFECT: method provides higher adaptive capacity of garden strawberry microplants to ex vitro conditions.
