FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, namely to manure processing plants, and can be used in production of organomineral fertilizers. Automated plant for processing chicken droppings into granular organomineral fertilizers comprises parallel storage bin for initial raw material – chicken droppings, and storage bin for initial raw material – additives, made in the form of containers with narrowing in lower part. Bin feeders, weight sensors and raw material mixing devices are installed in the lower part of the bins. Loading devices are represented by an auger conveyor for loading of initial raw material – chicken droppings from the feeder of the storage bin and a scraper conveyor for loading the initial raw material – additive from the feeder of the storage bin. Loading devices are equipped with optical sensors for controlling the level of availability of raw materials. Following components are installed in series with the possibility of raw material supply from the loading devices located after the bins: grinding and crushing device, feeding loading device in form of conveyor, mixer of components with installed in it weight sensors, locking-feeding device in the form of a conveyor and a sluice gate. Plant also comprises a pyrolysis chamber with a system for removing pyrolysis gases, processing products with an installed gas analyser, locking-feeding loading device consisting of a sluice gate and a conveyor, a grinding and crushing device, feeding loading device in the form of a conveyor, a component mixer with weight sensors, a feeding loading device in the form of a conveyor, a granulator-extruder, receiving conveyor line in the form of a conveyor with a system for sorting into fractions, a feeding loading device for finished products in the form of a belt-scraper conveyor of granules, drying chamber with temperature sensors, feeding loading device in form of belt-scraper conveyor, finished product packaging line, additional additives line connected to components mixer, consisting of dry components bin, made with narrowing downwards, with weight sensors installed in lower part, and liquid components bin with level sensors with possibility of liquid components input. Raw material bins, dry components bin and component mixers are installed on bearing structures through shock absorbers. Installation includes systems for express analysis of components installed with the possibility of sampling and including an automatic sampler, an analyser of impurities and moisture. Also contains a control system with connection to a power source, a laser analysis system in the form of a gas particle size analyser, installed with the possibility of analysing particles in a receiving conveyor line, after which there is a loading device for defective products in the form of a belt conveyor with the possibility of removing components from the installation.
EFFECT: invention provides an automated process of processing chicken droppings into granular organomineral fertilizer with quality control of the initial raw material and the end product.
