FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry. Device comprises a body in the form of upper and lower parts with a central hole, a cleaning and sealing unit, a shell between parts of the body and a split elastic element. Shell is made in the form of two semi-rings connected by means of a loop and tightened by means of a lock from a bracket and a fixing projection. Split elastic element is installed freely inside the shell and consists of two semi-rings. Above the split elastic element inside the shell, there is a semi-split overlap sealer with formation of an axial hole and is connected to the split elastic element by fasteners. Semi-split dock shelter is equipped with through holes on the outer side, spaced along the perimeter, in which there are pins connected by thread to the lower part of the body. On outer surface of upper part of housing, there are T-shaped slots, in which cylindrical heads of fastening bolts with screw release springs are located. Lower end of each of the bolts has the form of a rod passed through the grooves in the lower part of the housing and equipped with a washer pressed by a nut. Upper part of the housing is equipped with screws.

EFFECT: reduced time spent on assembly and disassembly, prevented ingress of foreign objects into the well shaft, reduced negative effect of oscillations of the pipe string on operating efficiency of the device.
