SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the tobacco industry, in particular to the manufacture of smoking articles for devices simulating the tobacco smoking process. To implement the method of making separate articles generating an aerosol and containing separate sections of a substrate with a susceptor element, at step a), a continuous strip of susceptor material is provided. At step b) the continuous strip of susceptor material is partially cut at a predetermined point of the preliminary cut to produce a partially cut strip of susceptor material. At step c), aerosol-generating articles are made using a partially cut strip of susceptor material. Pre-cut place separates individual aerosol-generating articles from each other. At step c), the partially cut strip of susceptor material is completely cut at a predetermined point of the preliminary incision to form separate susceptor elements. Subsequently, the aerosol-forming substrate is placed around separate susceptor strips, creating a continuous substrate section containing separate susceptor elements. A system configured to make separate aerosol-generating articles comprises: precutting device configured to partially cut a continuous strip of susceptor material to create a point of the preliminary cut, wherein the point of the preliminary cut separates the separate aerosol-generating articles from each other; device for cutting the partially cut strip of susceptor material into separate susceptor elements at a plurality of point of the preliminary cut; device for forming substrate sections, configured to make a continuous substrate section containing separate susceptor elements; device for transportation, made with possibility of transportation of continuous strip of susceptor material between device for preliminary cut and device for formation of substrate sections. Disclosed is an aerosol-generating article and a version of the method of making separate aerosol-generating articles.
EFFECT: preventing deformation and displacement of the susceptor element and increasing service life of cutting tools.
