SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of lighting devices, namely to the field of high-density LED lamps for use in everyday life, office and industrial premises. A high-density LED module with hybrid cooling, having lens 1 under which light-emitting diodes 2 are placed, in plastic housing 4. It differs in that lens 1 is a Fresnel lens, light-emitting diodes 2 are located on printed circuit board 3 made on a copper base, housing 4 is made from heat-conducting plastic, on inner surface has coating 5 from highly reflective material with integral coefficient of reflection of light flux of not less than 95%, housing is filled with liquid 8.

EFFECT: invention provides a wider range of technical means, namely development of a light-emitting diode module with an improved design, improved heat removal of the light-emitting diode module, reduced weight and higher reliability.
