FIELD: pipeline transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in trenchless laying of pipelines through natural and artificial obstacles, in particular, by pipe-in-pipe method. In the proposed method, support-centering rings are placed on the backing friction mats on the pipeline. Pipeline string is lowered into trench on process supports. Guide plug is welded to the end of the pipeline string. Odd pairs of support-centering rings, counting from the guide of the plug, are fixed to each other by elastic metal or polymer cables in amount of at least 2 units. Even pairs of support-centering rings, counting from the guide of the plug, are fixed to each other by elastically bending metal or polymer rods in amount of at least 2 units. Guide plug and the first support-centering ring located immediately after it are fixed to each other by elastic metal or polymer cables in amount of at least 2 units. Steel cable is pulled into the protective case and fixed on the guide plug of the pipeline string. Other end of the cable is connected to the traction equipment. Pipeline string is lifted, inserted into protective case with observance of their full coaxiality and dragged into protective case. Then the ends of the protective case are closed and the pit is filled.

EFFECT: increasing the degree of fixation of the design position of the support-centering rings (spacers) and their axial positioning during the pipeline pulling through the protective cases; invention increases reliability of construction works when laying pipelines through natural and artificial obstacles.
