FIELD: sanitary hygiene.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sanitary hygiene, in particular to a universal trap of microorganisms, and can be used to determine the number of microorganisms in the air of rooms for various purposes. Revolving microorganism trap is used more efficiently due to the design in the form of a cone-shaped container consisting of two parts: a housing and a test tube filled with a trapping liquid, wherein the test tube is made with possibility of removal and fixation of the subsequent test tube with another corresponding trapping liquid and fixation to the housing by means of two sealed locks, as well as a removable filter unit and a removable nozzle with an auxiliary filter.

EFFECT: invention has the following advantages in comparison with the prototype and other known technical solutions, such as increase in the number of recovered microorganisms from the air; increasing the efficiency of trapping microorganisms due to the step-by-step air filtration: at the inlet through the liquid and at the outlet through the filter unit; their differentiation by morphological properties and degree of purification with high accuracy; provides trapping of all fractions of bacterial and viral aerosol depending on characteristics of used filters; possibility of fast sterilization by common methods; simplification and cheapening in manufacture and operation; increase in the number of samples taken by one instrument for different nutrient and transport media.
