SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to pharmaceutical industry, namely to topical compositions. Topical composition containing an N-acyl dipeptide derivative of formula: N-Ac-Val-Ala-NH₂, or an isomer or salt thereof, wherein Val is valine, Ala is alanine, Ac is acetyl and glycolic acid, wherein the composition contains from 0.01 to 2 wt.% of N-Ac-Val-Ala-NH₂ and from 1 to 8 wt.%. glycolic acid. Topical composition containing from 0.01 to 2 wt.% of N-Ac-Val-Ala-NH₂, wherein Ac is acetyl, from 1 to 8 wt.% glycolic acid and a cosmetically acceptable topical carrier. Topical composition containing from 0.01 to 2 wt.% in terms of total weight of N-Ac-Val-Ala-NH₂ composition, wherein Ac is acetyl and a cosmetically acceptable carrier for topical application containing 1.0 wt.% based on the total weight of the glyceryl dilaurate composition, 0.50 wt.% based on the total weight of the steareth-10 composition and 0.50 wt.% in terms of the total weight of the glycerol composition.

EFFECT: use of the group of inventions enables to ensure increased penetration of the dipeptide into the skin.
