CONTACT LENS AND METHOD OF DEVELOPMENT THEREOF Russian patent published in 2024 - IPC A61F2/16 G02C7/04

Abstract RU 2822403 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: ophthalmic lens can comprise a first surface. Ophthalmic lens can have a second surface located opposite the first surface, wherein a volume of lens material is formed between them. Thickness profile of the volume of the lens material can be derived from one or more eyelid profiles so that the gradient of the thickness of the volume of the lens material is oriented so as to be substantially perpendicular to the target shape of the edge of the eyelid.

EFFECT: use of this group of inventions will make it possible to improve operational characteristics of contact lenses and improve uniformity of operational characteristics of contact lenses for different users.
