METHOD FOR MAKING DEVICE FOR PLANTING TREE SEEDLINGS ON SLOPE OF ROCK DUMP Russian patent published in 2024 - IPC A01C11/00 A01G23/02 

FIELD: agriculture; forestry; machine building.

SUBSTANCE: device relates to biological reclamation on slope of rock dump, to forestry and agricultural machine building and forestry. Method involves making unit movable on the upper platform in the form of a caterpillar tractor T-170 with attached equipment; unit movable on lower platform in form of movable trolley, moved in a single bundle; rectangular frame in horizontal form, with supports on upper and lower units; working platform movable on frame controlled by operator; drilling mini-unit installed on the working platform, a bin for storing mineral fertilizers, with a pneumatic batcher to the working platform; reservoir with water, connected by hose to working platform. Installation of the device is carried out on the lowest sub-tier at the entrance embankment to the dump. Movable unit on upper platform in the form of a caterpillar tractor T-170 drives into the upper platform under its own power. Movable unit on the lower platform in the form of a movable trolley is installed truck crane along the installation line at the slope of the rock dump, the truck crane also installs a frame with supports on the upper and lower units and a working platform movable along the frame, mounted together with a drilling mini-unit, all elements of the device are fixed and tested.

EFFECT: method provides higher efficiency planting of tree seedlings on slope of rock dump with accurate maintenance of distances according to the project.
