SUBSTANCE: device relates to biological reclamation on slope of rock dump, to forestry and agricultural machine building and forestry. Device includes unit movable on the upper platform in the form of a caterpillar tractor T-170 with attachments; unit movable on lower platform in the form of a movable trolley moved in a single bundle. Device comprises a rectangular frame in horizontal form, with supports on upper and lower units; working platform, movable on the frame, controlled by the operator; drilling mini-unit installed on the working site; mineral fertilizer storage bin with pneumatic metering device to the working platform; water tank connected by hose to working platform.
EFFECT: device provides higher efficiency planting of tree seedlings on slope of rock dump with accurate maintenance of distances according to the project.
