SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a liquid-liquid mixer, a liquid-liquid reaction plant containing it, and a liquid-liquid reaction method using same, in particular to a reaction plant for hydration of olefins and a method for hydration of olefins, a plant for producing biodiesel and a method of producing biodiesel by re-esterification. Microchannel liquid-liquid mixing device comprises a microchannel component and a casing, where the microchannel component is fixed inside the casing, where at one end of the casing there is an inlet for supplying at least two liquid phases of the reaction and at the other end there is an outlet for discharging the mixed material; said microchannel component comprises a plurality of sheets, as well as oleophilic fiber filaments and hydrophilic fiber filaments filling gaps between adjacent sheets, where fiber filaments form several microchannels between themselves and fiber filaments are clamped and fixed by sheets. Microchannel liquid-liquid mixing device is used for at least two liquid reaction phases to form a mixed material, and at least two liquid reaction phases are separated by fiber filaments and mixed in a microchannel mixing device to form a mixed material.

EFFECT: invention provides improved mixing of materials.
