FIELD: mining; chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to complex additives for use in well cementing processes, which can be used as an additive to a cement mixture to prevent overflows due to formation of cracks-channels. Complex additive for self-healing cements contains 12.2–38.76 wt.% styrene-isoprene-styrene, 12.2–38.76 wt.% styrene-butadiene-styrene, 2.44–22.40 wt.% styrene- styrene. butadiene-styrene finely dispersed with content of particles less than 90 mcm. Additive also contains an ingredient consisting of the following components taken separately or in a mixture: mineral binder with particle content less than 25 mcm, finely dispersed silicon dioxide, an additive based on CaO, MgO, xanthan gum, guar gum, up to 100%.
EFFECT: wider range of technical means of complex additives for self-healing cements, higher efficiency of self-healing cement stone, reduced cracks, increased elasticity and adhesion with casing string due to swelling of block-copolymer particles included in composition of complex additive for self-healing cements.
