FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ultrasound hardware and may be used for production of equipment for ultrasound cleaning in fluid. For this, piezoelectric transducers with frequency self-tuning circuits applied thereto are connected via galvanic uncoupling to individual generators. These are galvanically isolated, one from the other and from supply circuit to ensure frequency self-tuning of every transducer and the entire system at change of medium characteristics, e.g. temperature, density, flushing fluid level, configuration and weight of cleaned parts, and their arrangement relative to transducers. Transducers fitted at bath bottom and attachment of said bath to bearing housing from inside via adapters to isolate transducers from bath bottom and bath from housing, rules out propagation of transverse acoustic waves in bath material and housing.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of cleaning, reduced losses of power, higher safety of personnel.
