SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for construction of pre-fabricated buildings. In the prefabricated buildings manufacturing method, including the column-beam wooden frame filling with wall and roof sandwich panels, double-glazed windows without frames, wooden frame of the building is made of glued elements, sawn in joints. Obtained structure is filled or covered with steel colored sandwich panels based on polyisocyanurate (PIR), large-size double-glazed windows and doors. From the outside, the mounting gap after insulation with mounting foam is closed with aluminum L-shaped corners on hidden self-tapping screws, on the outer side in the lower horizontal plane an aluminum Z-shaped profile is used as a dropper. Sandwich panel is fixed from inner side to steel angles, doors and double-glazed windows are fixed to L-shaped aluminum angles from outer and inner sides.
EFFECT: improved thermal insulation of the structure.
