FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, particularly to methods of bored piles installation. Method of bored pile construction without casing pipe, in which well is drilled in soil from initial to design mark with its further concreting. Simultaneously with drilling, drilling mud is fed into the well, which is an aqueous solution of acrylamide polymers with addition of technical lignosulphonates in amount of 0.5–1.0 wt.% of weight of acrylamide polymers. Conditional viscosity of the drilling mud is selected depending on the type of soil so that the larger the granulometric composition of the soil particles, as well as the higher its density, the higher the viscosity. Level of drilling mud is controlled depending on type of soil so that it does not fall below the specified level relative to initial mark of soil. Soil is excavated from the well. Upon reaching the design mark, the reinforcing frame is immersed into it and concreting is performed with parallel pumping out drilling mud.
EFFECT: providing stability to well walls during soil excavation, simplification and acceleration of soil extraction from well, in particular, on soft soils, without use of special drilling tool, reduction of torque and, as a result, weight of drilling rig used in implementation of the method by more than 2 times, extension of service life of drilling tool.
