FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: method to erect an auger pile in soil, preferably near existing foundations, includes the submersion of a hollow casing pipe with a tip in soil due to its simultaneous rotation and impression into soil under an external axial force, placement of a metal frame and filling of the well with concrete. Prior to the casing pipe submersion by the method of rotary drilling they drill a well for the depth not exceeding the level of the upper edge of weak soil. Then the auger is withdrawn, at the lower end of the auger they install a section of the casing pipe, lower it in the well and submerge it in soil for the depth that covers the weak soil layer, the section of the casing pipe is separated from the auger, and the auger is withdrawn from the well.

EFFECT: reliability of the pile operation under conditions of side loads, reduced material intensity of pile production.
