FIELD: liquid dosing devices; printers.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to liquid dosing devices intended for operation in printers with increased pressure in the liquid supply channel. Distinctive feature is that the piezoelectric dispenser includes two piezoelectric elements: the main one and the additional one. Drop volume is controlled by changing the voltage on the additional piezoelectric element, i.e. with increase in the operating frequency of the additional piezoelectric element (starting from 10 kHz), the liquid supply inlet channel is partially or completely closed. Additional piezoelectric element with a buffer chamber allows increasing the maximum volume of drops or acts as a valve (tap) when the main piezoelectric element is disconnected.
EFFECT: possibility of batching in continuous mode, id est liquid flow created by external pressure in liquid supply channel, control of volume and rate of supply; increased accuracy of volumes of flying out drops and expansion of possibilities of control of volume of drops, as well as increased range of pressures in the channel of liquid supply, at which the batcher can perform functions of dosing.
