FIELD: liquid spraying.

SUBSTANCE: device is provided for finely dispersed liquid spraying, in which the converter is made in the form of a sequentially installed reflective metal pad, two piezoelectric ring elements and a working pad. The concentrator is made of metal in the form of a body of rotation, consisting of two sequentially made cylindrical sections, with a length corresponding to a sixth of the wavelength of the generated ultrasonic vibrations; a smooth radial transition is made between them; in the section of the smooth transition, at the point of minimum longitudinal mechanical vibrations of the system, a circular hub fastening belt is made. On the outer side of the end surface of the housing there are projections that are axisymmetric relative to the central hole, with gas flow supply channels having outlets directed at an angle to the axis of the cylindrical section of the concentrator emerging from the housing, at a distance not less than the diameter of the spray surface.

EFFECT: increased productivity of the process while simultaneously reducing the average size of the formed particles and providing the possibility of forming flat torches of spraying viscous liquids.
