SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing cytotoxic lymphocytes for adoptive immunotherapy by activating MNC in vitro, involving culturing MNCs in a nutrient medium based on RPMI containing IL-2 at concentration of 250 ng/ml and IL-15 at concentration of 5 ng/ml, characterized by that the nutrient medium together with IL-2 and IL-15 is supplemented with recombinant human interferon gamma—IFN-γ at concentration of 500 IU/ml and cultured MNC for 7 days or supplemented with recombinant human tumor necrosis factor-thymosin alpha-1—TNF-α in concentration of 100 IU/ml and cultured MNC for 3 days, morphological, phenotypic and cytokine-producing characteristics of cells are assessed.

EFFECT: obtaining activated T-, NK-, NKT-lymphocytes for adoptive immunotherapy of cancer patients.
