SUBSTANCE: invention relates to physiotherapy and can be used to lower blood pressure. Acupuncture needles of 0.18*13 mm and 0.25*25 mm are inserted into the crease of the forehead; in the area on the median line of the head above the front border of hair growth; in the area on the border of hair growth in the frontal angles; in the area above the middle of the eyebrow; in the area in the middle between the eyebrows; in the centre of the temporal region; wrinkle crease in forehead area; in the area above the middle of the eyebrow; in the area of the bridge of the nose; wrinkles in the area around the eyes; in the area at the outer end of the eyebrow; in the infraorbital foramen area; in the zone at the upper edge of the zygomatic arch in the area of the temporomandibular joint; in zone of recess of lower edge of zygomatic bone at level of lower edge of wing of nose; in the area outwards from the corners of the mouth at a distance; into the recess area anterior to the angle of the lower jaw; in the anterior and upward zone from the angle of the lower jaw; in the zone in the cavity, which is formed by the lower edge of the zygomatic arch and the condylar process of the lower jaw; into the zone downward from the outer corner of the eye, in the recess at the lower edge of the zygomatic bone; in the zone at the middle of the outer edge of the wing of the nose and the beginning of the nasolabial fold; into the zone downward from the outer edge of the wing of the nose at the level of the middle of the distance between the lower part of the nose and the upper lip; in the centre of the mental sulcus; into the area on the median line of the head, along the line connecting the tips of the ears; in the area on the back of the hand between I and II metacarpal bones, in the middle of the radial edge of the II metacarpal bone; into the zone of the upper edge of the lateral condyle of the tibia lateral to the tibial crest; in the area of the apex of the medial malleolus, at the posterior edge of the medial surface of the tibia; in the area of the recesses between the medial malleolus and the calcaneal tendon; into the zone on the back of the foot, in the anterior recess of the metatarsal bones convergence. Duration of exposure to needles during one session is from 25 to 30 minutes.

EFFECT: method enables increasing the effectiveness of blood pressure correction and reducing the length of the needle exposure during one session by selecting the most optimal points of acupuncture needles and their number.
