FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biopreparations-destructors of toxic organochlorine compounds. Biopreparation for degradation of tetrachloromethane is characterized by the fact that it contains a consortium of aerobic soil bacteria Rhodococcus qingshengii R1 VKM Ac-3014D, Microbacterium paraoxydans M1 VKM Ac-3015D and Pseudomonas stutzeri S1 VKMv-3747D, obtained by separate cultivation on a liquid nutrient medium at temperature of 28–30 °C, pH 6.0–6.5 for 24–48 hours in aerobic conditions, and their further mixing in a volume ratio of 1:1:1, also, components of the nutrient medium, with the following ratio of components, wt.%: nutrient medium components—0.03–0.04; water—97–98; consortium of aerobic soil bacteria—the rest, wherein the liquid nutrient medium has the following composition, g/l: pancreatic hydrolyzate of casein—12 g/l, enzymatic peptone—12 g/l, sodium chloride—6 g/l.

EFFECT: invention increases efficiency and degradative activity of the preparation with respect to a toxic organochlorine compound, as well as widens the range of pH of the medium and temperature, at which there is effective degradation of carbon tetrachloride.
