FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering, particularly, to air conditioning systems. Air conditioning system branch pipe is made of external and internal branch pipes of different diameter and arranged coaxially. Inner branch pipe is made of two parts in the form of semi-pipes with flange protrusions at the inner branch pipe parts connection points, on the outer sides of which there are flat spacers forming a single flat surface with the flange protrusions ends, and the external branch pipe is made of two mirror parts made in the form of semi-pipes, which are connected to each other on a flat surface formed by the ends of the flange projections and flat spacers. Semi-ring spacers resting against flat spacers are installed across in space between external and internal branch pipes at a distance from each other. All connection of external branch pipe and its parts, internal branch pipe and its parts, flat spacers and semi-ring spacers is performed by means of glue joint. Parts of external and internal branch pipes are made of polymer material.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of heat protection of branch pipes and provision of minimum heat flows between the working medium inside the branch pipe and environment, as well as reduced weight of the structure.
